AiFlowlytics Affiliate Program
Terms of Service Agreement**

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the AiFlowlytics™ Affiliate Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or promoting AiFlowlytics in any capacity, you agree to comply with this Agreement in full.
Please read carefully.
1. Program Overview
The AiFlowlytics Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“You”, “Affiliate”) to earn commissions by referring customers to AiFlowlytics and its associated Done-For-You (DFY) services, SaaS subscriptions, and digital products.
AiFlowlytics (“We”, “Us”, “Company”) reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Submit a complete and accurate affiliate application
Maintain a valid PayPal account for payouts
Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines
Agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices
We may require additional information before approving your affiliate account.
3. Commission Structure
You will earn a one-time commission per valid referral, according to the following compensation schedule:
3.1 Current Commission Rates
$350 — Monthly Membership signup
$150 — Lifetime Access purchase
$750 — DFY Agency Buildout sale
Commission rates may be updated; however, you will always receive the rates published at the time of the referral.
4. What Qualifies as a Valid Referral
A referral is considered valid when:
The customer uses your unique affiliate link
The purchase is successfully completed
The customer has not requested a refund
The customer is not already in our CRM, email list, or system
The purchase is not flagged as fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
You may not earn commissions on your own purchases or on purchases made by immediate family members.
5. Cookie Tracking & Attribution
AiFlowlytics uses a 30-day tracking cookie to attribute referrals.
This means:
If a user clicks your affiliate link, you are credited for purchases made within 30 days
If the user clicks another affiliate’s link afterward, the most recent click receives attribution
Clearing cookies or switching devices may affect tracking
We are not responsible for:
User privacy settings
Browser tracking restrictions
Device switching
Ad blockers
Technical limitations outside our control
6. Payouts & Payment Terms
6.1 Payout Schedule
Payments are issued on a Net 15 schedule, meaning:
Commissions earned in a given month are paid 15 days after the month ends.
Example:
Sales made in January are paid by February 15th.
6.2 Minimum Threshold
There is no minimum payout threshold.
6.3 Payment Method
All payouts are sent exclusively via PayPal.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining an active, valid PayPal account
Ensuring your payout information is correct
Any fees charged by PayPal
We do not reissue payments if incorrect information was provided.
7. Refund Policy & Commission Reversals
If a customer you referred receives a refund within the applicable guarantee period, your commission will be:
Deducted from your next payout, or
Invoiced to you if no upcoming payout exists
We only pay commissions on successful, non-refunded transactions.
8. Affiliate Conduct Guidelines (VERY IMPORTANT)
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following restricted practices:
8.1 Misleading Income or Earnings Claims
You may not suggest that users will:
Make guaranteed income
Achieve specific financial results
Replace their job instantly
Earn money without effort
All marketing must comply with FTC guidelines.
8.2 Paid Ads Restrictions
You may not:
Run ads on our brand name (“AiFlowlytics”, “Ai Flow Lytics”, etc.)
Use our company name in your Google/Facebook ad account
Pretend to be AiFlowlytics
Directly link PPC ads to our landing pages
8.3 Prohibited Marketing Channels
The following traffic types are prohibited:
Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messaging
Purchased email lists
SMS spam
Malware, bots, or forced redirects
Incentivized clicks (paying people to click your link)
8.4 Brand Misrepresentation
You may not:
Alter or distort AiFlowlytics branding
Claim to be an employee or representative of AiFlowlytics
Create fake social media pages pretending to be us
9. Use of Marketing Assets
Approved affiliates may use the following assets:
Official banners
Logo files
Promotional templates
Swipe copy
Product images
Affiliates may not create their own AiFlowlytics-branded products, training programs, or sales pages without written permission.
10. Termination of Affiliate Account
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately if:
You violate any terms in this agreement
You engage in unethical or illegal marketing
You misuse affiliate materials
You provide false information
You damage the reputation of AiFlowlytics
Terminated affiliates forfeit outstanding unpaid commissions.
11. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of AiFlowlytics.
You cannot:
Bind AiFlowlytics to any agreements
Make official statements on behalf of AiFlowlytics
Present yourself as an advisor, coach, or internal team member
12. Limitation of Liability
AiFlowlytics is not liable for:
Lost profits
Technical issues
Tracking errors
Payment delays caused by PayPal
Changes to commission structure
Browser or user-side cookie issues
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Modifications to the Program
We may modify:
Commission rates
Terms of this Agreement
Eligible products
Payout schedule
Tracking systems
Changes will be posted on the Affiliate Terms page and will not apply retroactively to already-earned commissions.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Acceptance
By participating in the AiFlowlytics Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:
✔ You have read and fully understand this Agreement
✔ You agree to comply with all Program rules
✔ You agree to the use of PayPal for commission payments
✔ You consent to receive emails and SMS messages related to your affiliate activity
If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.
